ToTT's - The Talk Of The Town Is Back

After a month-long renovation project, ToTT's - Talk Of The Town is now open, offering a refreshed and revitalised wining and dining experience with spectacular harbour views. If you are looking for a great lunch location or an excellent night out with fine food and wine, innovative cocktails and live entertainment in a contemporary environment, you will find ToTT's the place to be and indeed, the talk of the town.

The chic restaurant's cool new colour scheme - bronze, taupe, different blues and chocolate creates a contemporary and stylish setting. Chocolate-toned armchairs and sofas in the dining and lounge areas are complemented by wall panels dressed in silvery blue fabric. A new private dining room tucked away in the corner caters for intimate dining and special functions. Also new are two special booths set near the open kitchen. Open to the restaurant but enclosed enough to create a sense of privacy, these booths are desirable for any festive occasion.

On the culinary side, Chef Samuel sources the best ingredients from around the world to bring you a menu of contemporary, international flavours. Inspired by his travels, Chef Samuel uses fresh produce, spices and herbs from the east and west and presents dish after dish of exceptional flavours. Diners fond of the classics will not be disappointed with the ToTT's grill items featuring succulent Australian wagyu beef, foie gras, lobster, turbot and salmon.

Over at the bar, the multi-colour stained glass column adds sparkle and glamour to the bustling venue. Customers are spoilt for choice with the cool, hip new cocktail menu featuring elegant champagne cocktails, exotic-flavoured martinis to classic cocktails and more. As the night wears on, the live band takes to the stage and customers can swing to the beat and dance the night away.

Timber shuttered windows, terracotta tiling and displays of Italian produce give this restaurant a genuine Tuscan atmosphere. The a la carte menu is light and healthy, featuring traditional favourites including antipasto, fresh pasta, risotto and signature dishes from different regions of Italy, including linguine with scampi, crayfish, and green asparagus in white wine sauce and grilled veal cutlet with rosemary on balsamic glaze.

Cammino is also popular with wine lovers, thanks to its extensive list which, naturally, features highlights from Italy's finest vineyards.

With its views of Kowloon and the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, Cafe on the 1st offers superb buffets throughout the day, and is the ideal venue for family gatherings.

Named after the famous English novelist, Dickens Bar is a favourite pub for visitors and local residents alike. The timbered walls are adorned with photographs of the world's greatest sportsmen, as well as autographed memorabilia including Ian Botham's cricket bat and Boris Becker's tennis racquet. The sporting theme is continued on the big screen, where you'll see live sports broadcasts throughout the day.

On the menu you'll find plenty of what you expect from a traditional English pub, including a wide range of draft beers and full English breakfast favourites at the weekend. But in a notable and highly popular break with tradition, we also serve a fine curry buffet on week day lunchtimes - freshly prepared by our Indian chefs.
