The restaurant's cuisine is Cantonese, at its unpretentious best; there are no foreign influences, no nouvelle nuances, just traditional dishes, lovingly prepared and graciously presented.

Situated at the entrance of Grissini is a large baking oven where fresh grissini breadsticks are prepared right in front of the guests, filling the whole restaurant with a delicious aroma. An extensive selection of Italian wines is displayed in the wine gallery, an impressive floor-to-ceiling wine cellar with over 1000 bottles.
The restaurant specialises in traditional Italian food and only the freshest ingredients are used to prepare a cuisine that is light and refined, yet hearty in portions.

Every grand hotel has a late-hours watering hole favoured by its regulars, and just off the Lobby of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is a corner of Paris, circa 1920: the hotel's cosy and intimate Champagne Bar.
The Champagne Bar builds on the art deco overtones of the Lobby area and combines them with a spectrum of purple shades and rich wood, all set against dramatic art deco-patterned fabrics and carpets.
The main feature of the Champagne Bar is the circular bar itself, capped by a floral highlight of imposing dimensions. The room is further enhanced with bevelled mirror wall panels and a small stage with a grand piano. Artwork and other collectables from the past and present create a sense of occasion.
The perfect place for an after-work rendezvous or a pre-theatre drink, the bar features one of the most extensive champagne lists in Hong Kong. The menu also offers premium cognacs, caviar and wines.
Another feature of the Champagne Bar is live entertainment from a jazz vocalist performing classic favourites.
