The brand new Academy Rooms provide an ideal location for refined banquets with a seating capacity of 312 people. The facilities are also ideal for sophisticated conventions and conferences and can accommodate up to 350 people, theatre-style.

The Academy Rooms can be divided into three function rooms using soundproof partitions and feature a pre-function foyer that is ideal for welcoming guests or staging a pre-dinner cocktail party. The contemporary new design features beautiful crystal chandeliers, sleek black marble, luxurious fabrics in fabulous warm tones and the most advanced audio-visual systems and projection systems.

The Forum Rooms comprise of five modern rooms ideal for meetings, conferences and corporate gatherings. The individual rooms known as Picasso (and Picasso A&B), Monet (A&B) and the Boardroom feature ceiling recessed projectors, network cabling capabilities and video conferencing. The Forum Rooms can accommodate seating capacity from 40 up to 264 (theatre style) in the individual rooms.

The addition of a boardroom and fully equipped secretarial office ensure a comprehensive range of meeting facilities, enhanced with the dedicated attention of the Catering & Conference team.

Picasso measures 16.8 x 16.5 metres, 277 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.95 - 5.35 metres and can accommodate up to 264 guests theatre style, 128 classroom style, 270 reception style, 64 conference style and 160 banquet style.

Picasso 'A' measures 5.8 x 8.8 metres, 51 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.65 metres and can accommodate up to 40 guests theatre style, 24 classroom style, 16 conference style and 20 banquet style.

Picasso 'B' measures 8.5 x 7.7 metres, 65 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.65 metres and can accommodate up to 40 guests theatre style, 18 classroom style, 14 conference style and 30 banquet style.

Monet (comprising Monet "A" and "B") measures 18.8 x 8.8 metres, 165 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.85 metres and can accommodate up to 120 guests theatre style, 80 classroom style, 160 reception style, 50 conference style and 100 banquet style.

Monet 'A' measures 7.8 x 8.8 metres, 67 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.85 metres and can accommodate up to 50 guests theatre style, 32 classroom style, 60 reception style, 18 conference style and 40 banquet style.

Monet 'B' measures 11 x 6.5 metres, 97 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.85 metres and can accommodate up to 70 g
