NOBU, the world’s most acclaimed Japanese restaurant, is renowned for its innovative new-style Japanese cuisine. Drawing upon Nobu Matushisa’s classical training as a sushi chef in Tokyo, his life abroad in Peru and Argentina and his travels around the world, NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong showcases Nobu’s signature dishes, as well as new creations using local ingredients.

Recipient of 1-Michelin Star in the 2011 Michelin Guide (Hong Kong & Macau). Yan Toh Heen is recognized as one of the world's finest Chinese restaurants specializing in Cantonese cuisine. Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai uses refined Chinese cooking methods combined with the best ingredients and top quality fresh seasonal products. The restaurant features an extensive a la carte menu, plus set lunch and dinner options and special menus showcasing seasonal Cantonese specialties.

The STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill is a haven for meat lovers with prime cuts of the world's finest meat, seared to perfection on Hong Kong's only charcoal grill. The restaurant also has an elaborate salad bar, an eclectic selection of condiments including twelve special blended mustards and eight exotic rock salts, plus an impressive wine list showcasing over 450 wines.

Perched directly at the harbour's edge, Harbourside offers casual all-day dining with both a la carte and buffet options, showcasing an elaborate selection of International dishes. Harbourside is acclaimed for its elaborate buffets, with chefs presenting a tempting array of Western and Asian dishes, a roast carving station with prime cuts of beef, action stations and decadent home-made desserts.

The Lobby Lounge, with its impressive wall of windows showcasing a mesmerizing panorama of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island, truly offers one of the world’s most magnificent views. Sip on signature "Nine Dragon Cocktails" at sunset as the skyline of Hong Kong changes from golden hues to a kaleidescope of vibrant colours or alternatively, during the nightly "Symphony of Lights" laser show on Victoria Harbour at 8:00pm, or enjoy all-day snacks or afternoon tea.

The Pool Terrace, with its large outdoor swimming pool and unique infinity spa pools overlooking Victoria Harbour, is an oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation for guests in residence. With an Asian-inspired ambiance, the Pool Terrace also features a teak-decked dining area surrounded by lily ponds and outdoor spa pool cabanas.
