Indulge in a full day I-Spa programme, which includes selected spa treatments and a 3-course "ihealth" lunch served at the Pool Terrace. Full day I-Spa programmes also include use of the Fitness Centre, outdoor swimming pool and trio of infinity spa pools – all of which are usually open exclusively for hotel guests in-residence and Club I-Spa members.

I-Spa is open daily from 08:00 - 22:00.

Guests in residence can start their day with Tai Chi classes at the outdoor Pool Terrace, where Tai Chi Master William Ng demonstrates this 'soft martial art', which promotes health and spiritual balance. Complimentary Tai Chi classes for hotel guests are held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. In-house guests can also join complimentary yoga classes, which are held on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The hotel has a 24 hour Fitness Centre. The Pool Terrace has one of Hong Kong's largest outdoor swimming pools and 3-temperature infinity spa pools and a teak decked Pool Terrace surrounded by lily ponds and a tranquil waterfall overlooking Victoria Harbour.
