For health-conscious travellers, the Island Shangri-La offers a luxurious health club, swimming pool and a range of professional services, including health and beauty products. Conveniently located next to each other on Level 8, the health club and swimming pool are available to club members as well as hotel guests.
The fully equipped gymnasium provides the finest in body building and cardiovascular equipment. A full range of free weights and accessories are included to complement each workout. Qualified staff may assist in developing accurate guidelines for your training needs.
Indoor Jacuzzi
Relieve a long day by submerging in one of the club’s refreshing jacuzzis.

Outdoor Jacuzzi
An outdoor jacuzzi is also located on the Pool Deck, next to the lawn area.

Five rooms provide privacy for treatments ranging from body wraps, facials to massages: Swedish, foot reflexology, hot stone, stress relief back and shoulder, aromatic and Chinese Acupressure.

Separate male and female sauna and steam rooms are available for your relaxation and enjoyment.

The solarium allows simultaneous tanning on both sides of the body, and is available at HKD100 per ten minutes or a course of ten-minute.

Situated in an oasis of greenery, the pool has a width of 11 metres, a length of 28 metres and a depth that ranges from one to two metres. It provides relaxation and enjoyment for the leisurely swimmer, whilst allowing the more demanding swimmer to enjoy a satisfying workout. The pool is heated during the winter months.
