Our Fitness Centre is an exhibition of today’s training technology offering fitness and wellness equipment that is time-efficient and results oriented. Equipment includes our Kinesis centre, a technogym wellness system that analyses and tracks your fitness status and an inBody composition analyser.
Our professionally qualified instructors can offer lifestyle consultations and design bespoke physical fitness and wellness programmes to be followed independently or in private training sessions.
We offer a stylish and relaxing indoor heated swimming pool located on our top floor. The twin lane, 2.4m deep pool features a swimming flume jet for fitness enthusiasts to swim long distances against a strong current without the interruption of turns and kicks or flip turns. The area has a large skylight above the pool for daylight and starlight ambience.
Private Aquatic Training Sessions are offered.
