An all-day dining restaurant serving Southeast Asian cuisine, The Spice Market is renowned in Hong Kong for its sumptuous and extensive buffet selection. Open from 6 am to 12 midnight, this 151-seat restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper on weekdays, as well as high tea during weekends.
The Bubbles Bar offers a light and scrumptious menu that goes perfectly with its refreshing array of premium mineral waters. Amongst the must-try dishes are ‘Angel Hair Pasta with crabmeat, semi-dried tomatoes and asparagus in Tomato Cream Sauce’ and ‘Pizza thin crust with Parma Ham’. Open from 11:30 am until 12:00 midnight, the Bubbles Bar is open for lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and during Happy Hours.
At Prince Deli, savour the distinct flavour of freshly baked bread from that ‘bakery round the corner’. Capable of seating 48 persons and open from 8 am to 9 pm, Prince Deli serves breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. The bakery’s selection of cheesecake is not to be missed.
