Horizon Plaza Factory Outlet Stores offers 27 floors of discount designer fashion from such prestigious names as Armani, Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Lauren, Tod’s, Replay, Paul Smith, Diesel and Lane Crawford. There are local and Chinese brands available too. It is located in the Ap Lei Chau Estate in the southern town of Aberdeen, over 30 minutes away from downtown Hong Kong. The IFC mall is neatly located above Hong Kong station and packs in over 200 stores, a cinema, fitness gym and department store over four levels. Discounts hover around 50% off the original marked price, although it is renowned to be unpredictable – the most we have seen is 80% marked off the original price. Most mornings, people start queuing well ahead of the midday opening time so they get first choice of that day’s stock. Wing On is a household name across Hong Kong, well-known as one of the most established department stores. The Wing On Plus, Yau Ma Tei branch at the Kowloon Centre, Nathan Road is a great place for frugal shoppers to buy household items, electronical appliances, kids’ toys, clothing and accessories. Its location is perfect as it is close to the airport and also adjacent to Ngong Ping 360 cable car that shuttles between the mall and the Giant Buddha. Hong Kong SkyMart
Located in the non-restricted area at Level 7, Terminal 1. This luxury shopping avenue offers a wide range of world cuisine and shopping choices including Shanghai Tang, Tiffany & Co, Ralph Lauren, Christian Dior, and Prada. Op top of that there are toy stores, Bose audio products, fitness and healthcare items as well as an art gallery.

SkyPlaza is a huge shopping and entertainment area with 35,000sqm of facilities. It is located in the non-restricted area of Terminal 2 in Hong Kong International Airport and retails a wide range of goods from clothing (casual wear, business wear, sportswear and accessories), books & magazines, to children’s toys and products. SkyPlaza also features a 4D Extreme Screen and sports centre. There's no excuse to go hungry at SkyPlaza as there are many international and Chinese food outlets.

New Territories Shopping Centers
This unique 59,000sqm shopping centre was conceived as a mixture of shopping mall and park. It is considered as the first of its kind and the concept has been dubbed a 'Shopping Park'. The shopping centre is themed as a tropical rain forest, with an artificial waterfall and pillars decorated with large pieces of 'fruit'. The roof of the main lobby is glass, letting natural daylight in.

IKEA is one of the market leaders in home furnishing and lifestyle products. Many items on sale are the assemble-it-yourself type of products which have a worldwide reputation for functional, good design at surprisingly low prices. Currently there are three IKEA branches in the New Territories.

Located next to the Sheung Shui MTR Station, Landmark North features more than 100 shops featuring goods as diverse as the latest fashions to electronic items alongside a good range of restaurants.

Located in Tsing Yi, Maritime Square has a nautical theme. The Square features a superior range of about 140 shops and restaurants. It serves many transit passengers as it is not far from Hong Kong International Airport.

Located in Sha Tin, this is a huge shopping and entertainment complex offering everything from cheap bargains to high-end shopping including internationally renowned designer boutiques, cinemas, and a good range of gourmet cuisine in its restaurants. It also has a few big Japanese supermarkets. This Plaza gets extremely crowded at weekends so it's best to go on a weekday. Tai Po Plaza
Tai Po Plaza is well known for selling VCDs, CDs and good value clothing and shoes. The plaza also has many outlets selling food, books, cosmetics, computer games, eye wear and sports products. There are other shopping malls nearby, including Fortune Plaza, Jade Plaza and Plover Cove Plaza.

TMT Plaza (aka Tuen Mun Town Plaza)
TMT Plaza is a big five-storey mall in Tuen Mun Town and features about 400 shops. It is currently the biggest mall in northwest New Territories. With its location in Central Tuen Mun and its link by sky bridges to nearby buildings, the plaza is always busy with not only eager shoppers but people who come for the rich choice of dining and entertainment options.

Tsuen Wan Plaza
Tsuen Wan Plaza is on Tai Pa Street, next to the Tsuen Wan MTR station. The seven-storey plaza covers an area of 583,600sqft and offers a mixture of shops, restaurants and entertainment options, including a six-screen cinema.

Uptown Plaza is one of the most convenient shopping malls in Tai Po as it is located just next to Tai Po Market Railway Station. There are of course bigger malls in the area but this compact plaza has everything within reach.

Cheung Chau Shopping Centers
Cheung Chau Windsurfing Centre (CCWC)
The shop at CCWC offers souvenirs like T-shirts for men and women. Windsurfing gear is also available. Visitors can hire windsurfing boards as well as sea kayaks.
