Sabatini Ristorante Italiano

The original Sabatini Ristorante Italiano restaurant opened in Rome in 1954. Since then, the Sabatini brothers' flair and excellence have led to two other Sabatini Ristorante Italiano restaurants around the world, including this fine dining room at The Royal Garden. Here, a traditional Roman cuisine menu is overseen by the Sabatini brothers and is served in a picturesque 'countryside' setting. The menu features seasonal specialties and is complimented by an extensive wine list.

Inagiku Japanese Restaurant

For more than 100 years, the Inagiku family business has been preparing its famous tempura at its restaurants in Japan and elsewhere in the world. A restaurant described as having timeless character and touches of Japanese originality, the refined and gentle elegance of Japanese culinary art can be seen in every detail at Inagiku. Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Set lunch, a la carte menu and free parking are available.

Dong Lai Shun

The original Dong Lai Shun opened in Beijing more than 100 years ago. The restaurant is famous for its authentic Shuan Yang Rou - paper-thin slices of Inner Mongolian black-headed mutton. These stay tender even when boiled for long time and are accompanied by sauces made from ancient secret recipes. Truly a fiesta of flavors! To widen your choice, Huaiyang cuisine is also offered at the one and only Dong Lai Shun restaurant in Hong Kong.

The Greenery

The Greenery offers an international menu for all-day, casual dining in a garden-like setting, surrounded by the atrium's lush foliage and burbling water features and in the evenings, the melodies of a live pianist. Breakfast selections include buffet and a la carte options. Lunch and dinner buffets feature fresh seafood and regional specialties and constantly changes with seasonal items supplementing the already extensive and value-for-money buffet table.

The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant

At The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant one can live like a Mandarin. Modeled on a Chinese official's formal water garden of yesteryear, this gourmet restaurant has won many awards and distinctions. Here, 'home' cooked, seasonal Cantonese cuisine and daily fresh seafood are the order of the day. It is a popular venue for lunchtime dim-sum and evening dining with friends and business associates.

Le Soleil - Vietnamese Cuisine

The Hong Kong branch of the popular, award-winning San Francisco restaurant, Le Soleil is located on the hotel's third floor mezzanine level and overlooks the atrium's greenery and water features. The restaurant is personally overseen by Chef Dennis Wong of the original Le Soleil restaurant and specializes in a style of cuisine that has come to be known as Asian-fusion. It offers a medley of tastes and flavours. Open daily for lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner.

Martini Bar

Martini Bar is the hotel's cozy yet highly contemporary lounge bar. It is situated just off the lobby and is popular with locals and hotel guests alike for pre-dinner drinks, casual meetings and late nightcaps. Overlooking Mody Road, one can sit at the windows and watch the world go by or sit at the bar's 'long table' and enjoy MTV on the flat-screen television. Happy Hour is from 17:00 to 20:00 daily. Buy one standard drink and get another at no extra charge.

Fine Foods Cake Shop

For boat trips and picnics, birthdays and other celebrations, our lobby delicatessen has a gourmet selection of takeaway sandwiches, salads, cold cuts, pastries, cookies and other items such as Sabatini Ristorante's Italiano pastas and olive oil. It also has an extensive range of fine wines and for Chinese holidays and festivals such as Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn, a selection of special festive items. For a really special occasion, cakes and other gift items may be made to order.
