Each dish at Sing Yin is carefully and elegantly prepared by Chef Bryan Lee who has 30 years of culinary experience under his belt. He brings to the table a unique menu ranging from Guangdong dim sum to a sumptuous choice of seafood delicacies, all of which originate from the Southern Chinese tradition of gastronomy.

The ambience of the restaurant is a delicate mix of West with a taste of the Orient - perfectly mirroring Hong Kong’s colonial past and Chinese roots with whimsical design elements that flirt with guests upon arrival.

A modern bistro featuring sensational buffets as well as international and pan-Asian à la carte delights, with views of live dazzling food preparation on one side and the Hong Kong harbour panorama on the other is how we define KITCHEN.
